Job Description
Assist superiors in organizing training and performance evaluation, and provide logistical support (e.g., collecting and reviewing various forms and documents).
Undertake specific operational work related to recruitment and employment, including releasing recruitment notices, collecting and summarizing application materials, arranging interviews for candidates, and following up on the status of interviewees.
Calculate employee salaries and benefits, and participate in salary and benefit surveys.
Manage employee information and various HR documents.
Handle procedures related to personnel recruitment, talent introduction, internal transfers, termination of employment, retirement, and the enrollment and transfer of social insurance and housing fund contributions.
Process applications for various professional title evaluations.
Complete annual labor inspection procedures.
Implement various company rules and regulations, and handle employee reward and punishment matters.
Possess HR and administrative work experience, and be familiar with the Six Modules of Human Resource Management.
