SCSW 3D, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Hangzhou Bay New Area, Ningbo, Zhejiang, is a National High-Tech Enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-purity metal powders.
Through the deep optimization of Electrode Induction Melting Gas Atomization (EIGA) technology, we have overcome key challenges in producing spherical metal powders. Our products meet international standards such as ASTM and AMS, accelerating the market adoption of near-netshape manufacturing.
Our titanium and titanium alloy powders achieve internationally advanced performance in sphericity, particle size distribution, impurity/oxygen content, and flowability. They are integral to additive manufacturing(AM), powder metallurgy(PM),metal injection molding (MIM), laser cladding, and both cold & thermal spraying serving a wide range of industries including medical, consumer electronics, robotics, and semiconductors.

2024
Having reached a milestone of over 1,000 tonnes in total titanium powder sales and production, we are now leveraging our technological edge and strategic location to actively expand toward ten-thousand-tonne annual capacity.Our goal is unequivocal global leadership in metal powders.
2021-2022
SCSW takes lead in the industry with 100 % completion rate of production capacity. The sales volume in titanium alloy powder exceeded 100 tons. After gaining Series-A funding, SCWS embarked on increase of the output and development of newprocess and new material.
2018
SCSW Established and located in Fudan Scienceand Technology Park in Hangzhou Bay New Zone. Seed rounds completed, led by Fudan Recreation Ventrue Fund.
2025~After
SCSW takes lead in eficiency and quality control by breaking through core technologies and optimizing production systems. The products can be applied in areas of aviation, medical, semiconductor, etc, in recognition of benchmark customers.
2023

2019-2020
Listed in the Ningbo SEC,SCSW started trial production after completion of equipment & process development and was rewarded with "national high-techenterprise". SCSW was certificated with ISO9001.
