Technical Transformation Engineer

Job Requirements
College degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing.
Proficiency in mechanical drafting software and a solid foundation in theoretical knowledge.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with high ability to work under pressure.
At least 5 years of experience in equipment development and management.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct demand research and analysis, and formulate detailed project development plans.
Perform cost estimation and benefit analysis for design schemes, evaluate project feasibility and return on investment (ROI), and provide a basis for project decision-making.
Oversee equipment introduction, selection, procurement, and review of manufacturing schemes, as well as collect feedback.
Track and analyze the operation of equipment and automated systems, summarize experience from the project development process, and continuously optimize design schemes and development workflows to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Design innovative equipment solutions, including R&D of new equipment and upgrading/reformation of existing equipment, ensuring the feasibility and innovativeness of the schemes.
