Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for customer development and maintenance within the assigned region, and achieve the sales targets set by SCSW 3D.
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Understand market conditions, identify customer needs, formulate marketing plans, and oversee their implementation.
Participate in formulating sales strategies and plans, and execute them to meet annual goals.
Conduct daily management of subordinates to improve their work efficiency and quality.
Coordinate internal and external resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer relationships to drive product sales and brand promotion.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
College degree or above; at least 1 year of relevant sales experience in titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, 3D printing equipment, or metal powder materials, or experience in the consumer electronics market. Proficiency in office software and recognition of SCSW 3D’s corporate culture.
Possess capabilities in market insight, problem analysis and solving, planning and coordination, coaching and developing subordinates, emotional management, communication and training guidance, adaptability, business negotiation, learning and summarization, and logical thinking. High professional ethics and integrity are required.
Familiar with SCSW 3D’s management system, products, market conditions, and customer distribution.
